During this Seminar, the attendants were invited to participate in the debate, focusing on why is it important to have gender equality, some concepts related to this theme, like the glass ceiling effect, the cement ceiling effect and the Matilda effect, the main achievements in this area and the main problems still to solve. A comparison between the four partner institutions Gender Equality Plans was made and a strategy to do a continuous Gender Equality assessment in Sol2H2O was defined. Along the next project meetings, this theme will be further discussed.
