Between July 8 and 11, 2025, the University of Évora hosted Carmelo García from the Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias (ITC) as part of the joint training and mentoring activities of the SOL2H2O project.

A specialist in the open-source platform Grafana, García supported the team in integrating the tool into the project’s pilot system. During his visit, he provided hands-on training, equipping researchers with the skills to implement and customize the platform for real-time monitoring and data visualization.

This collaboration marked a significant step in the digitalization of the solar desalination and brine valorization prototype, strengthening the team’s capacity to manage process data and advance the project’s technological development.
