The seventh and final meeting of the Sol2H2O project took place on November 11 and 12 at the University of Évora, marking the conclusion of an important cycle of collaboration.

Throughout the two-day meeting, all Work Packages (WPs) were thoroughly discussed and reviewed, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of the activities carried out, the results achieved, and the tasks that remain to be completed before the project’s conclusion. Each partner presented the current status of their work and outlined their plans for the final stages, ensuring a shared understanding of progress across the consortium.

Building on the strong partnerships and knowledge developed throughout Sol2H2O, new collaborations and future projects are already being planned, ensuring the continuation and expansion of the work initiated within this consortium.

The agenda also included a seminar on gender equality, highlighting the project’s commitment to inclusion and social responsibility. As part of this seminar, the gender equality activity results of the project were presented and how to integrate this topic in the coming projects. Also, the University of Évora Professor Ana Cristina Martins made a presentation about the visibility of women in science.
