As part of the European project Twinning HEUROPE Sol2H2O, coordinated by the University of Évora and with the participation of CIEMAT (Spain), the University of Palermo (Italy), and the Technological Institute of the Canary Islands, the international symposium Water-Energy Transition (WETSymp) was held on June 30, 2025, with a national session focused on Italy.

The online event brought together experts and key stakeholders to discuss the role of solar technologies in water production and treatment. The symposium also aimed to explore the industrial and export potential of the technological solutions being developed under the Sol2H2O project.

The international day will be in July 11, 2025.
