On May 6th, the Renewable Energies Chair organized a workshop focused on leadership, bringing together its researchers from Sol2H2O project for a training and reflection session on management skills, teamwork, and personal development.

The event aimed to strengthen the participants’ leadership abilities by fostering an environment of experience sharing and best practices in the context of scientific and technological research in renewable energy. The session featured a specialist trainer in leadership development, who led practical activities, debates, and moments of self-assessment.
