Between June 30th and July 5th, 2025, a team from the University of Évora, represented by Carolina Serrão, Frederico Felizardo, and Ricardo Silva, carried out a technical mobility to the Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias (ITC), as part of the SOL2H2O project’s joint research and training activities. The visit focused on experimental testing and knowledge exchange related to brine valorization processes, with particular emphasis on Nanofiltration (NF) and Osmotically Assisted Reverse Osmosis (OARO) technologies. The mobility enabled hands-on experience with ITC’s technologies, and the team also received training in Grafana, an open-source platform for real-time data monitoring and visualization. The visit strengthened collaboration between teams working on Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) strategies.
